As a production operator, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our machines running and our production on track. You’ll take care of a range of tasks, from operating equipment to finishing 3D-printed parts. Even when the machines are running overnight or on weekends, the work you do helps ensure we deliver quality parts every time.
You’ll work hands-on with our equipment, follow clear procedures, and step in when something needs adjusting. With a strong team and a shared commitment to quality, we keep things running smoothly together.
Your Tasks

Operating various types of 3D printers

Operating EDM and other machines for mechanical post-processing
- Manually finishing 3D-printed products (deburring, sanding/polishing, sandblasting)

Cleaning (in ultrasonic baths) and packaging of 3D-printed parts

Performing preventive maintenance on machines and the general production environment
Your Responsibilities
- Keeping the production machines running to ensure the production schedule is followed as closely as possible
- Carrying out all other production tasks (manual finishing, cleaning, packaging) according to the production schedule
- Making suggestions to improve processes and workflows
- Performing all tasks in line with the requirements of the quality system
Your Profile
- You have basic knowledge of how production machines and equipment work
- Experience in a production environment and/or in a regulated industry is a plus
- You value cleanliness and order and have an eye for detail
- You speak fluent Dutch or English and can understand written English
- You’re willing to be on stand-by outside of regular working hours to resolve (minor) machine issues and/or (re)start machines, and ideally live near Aarschot
- You’re proactive and able to spot areas for improvement
