As Innovation Manager, you are responsible for structuring, coordinating and accelerating innovation at Amnovis. You ensure that innovation projects are translated into tangible business value through strong project management, effective funding strategies, active IP management and a clear innovation roadmap.
You act as the driving force connecting technology, industry, research partners and business opportunities. While you have sufficient technical knowledge to understand and challenge innovation initiatives, your primary focus is on driving progress, setting priorities and bringing projects successfully to completion.

Your Tasks
- Manage and report on multiple subsidized innovation projects (VLAIO, EU, ...)
- Turn ideas into actionable projects
- Identify and develop innovation opportunities with industrial partners
- Define and maintain the innovation roadmap
- Develop and manage Amnovis' IP portfolio
- Coordinate the R&D team and set priorities

Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or a related technical field
- You have proven experience leading multiple subsidized innovation or R&D projects
- You have a strong understanding of the Flemish and/or European funding landscape (e.g. VLAIO, Horizon Europe, ESA)
- You have a solid understanding of materials, metallurgy and manufacturing technologies and can confidently engage in technical discussions with experts, customers and partners
- Experience with intellectual property management is a plus
- You are genuinely passionate about innovation. You are naturally curious and driven
- You take ownership, show initiative, and have the drive to get things done
- You are professionally proficient in English, both written and spoken
